Weekly fees are due on Monday in advance. Late fees of $10 per day start Wednesday if unpaid. If fees are not paid by the following Monday, your child’s spot will be terminated. Fees remain the same whether your child is absent or present.

Children must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. There is a three-strike late pickup policy. After the third late pickup (after 6:01 p.m.) within a calendar year, your child’s spot will be terminated.

There is a $50 charge for returned checks. After one returned check, payments must be made by cash only.

Yes! After one full year of enrollment, your child is eligible for one free week of vacation. The child must not attend during this week, and you must notify us at least two weeks in advance.

Weekly fees remain the same during holiday weeks to allow staff to receive paid holidays.

Parents must sign their child in and out daily. Please notify the center by 9:00 a.m. if your child will be absent or have a schedule change.

Children are only released to authorized persons. A written authorization is required for anyone not normally picking up your child. Proper ID must be shown by anyone unfamiliar to staff.

If your child becomes ill during the day, you must pick them up within one hour. Children with symptoms such as fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, or communicable diseases must stay home or be sent home. Your child must be symptom-free for 24 hours without medication before returning.

Medication must be in the original container, labeled with the child’s name, and accompanied by a completed medication form. Please do not medicate your child to send them to school if they are sick.

Please provide labeled cups, bottles, pacifiers, baby food, diapers, wipes, a change of clothes, and an oversized T-shirt for messy projects. Sunscreen is requested in summer months with permission slips provided.

We will notify you when your child’s supplies (diapers, wipes, clothes) are low.
